Lovely looking seedlings. Blueberry seems to be the one everyone's growing.

I've had some issues to deal with, my mum passed away then when I got home from the hospital my seed vegging light was out.

I didn't have time to find replacements bulbs then I when I did I couldn,t find any 24w 2ft 6500k for a reasonable cost oh jeez they wanted to spank me for the price, so what do you do but buy a new one instead with a guarantee for 25 bucks more.
It's caused some problems with flipping I'm starting to feel like a 12-12 from seed fraud

I just need that damn post man to get it to me now, I'm sure he's dragging his heals getting to me with it

A difficult time. Even when you know it's coming it knocks you for 6.

You prefer the T5's over an LED?

Thank you bro I appreciate that

As a 1st choice I love t5s that's only because it's a convenient plug and play source of heat and light, I'd say plants love fluorescent light similarly to Hid.

In terms of light the led is streets ahead, for same 96w I can light the entire floor of the same 3x2 compared to ± 50 x 70 cm
Irc it only needs 42w of led to give the same light intensity as 96w of t5s only across a bigger area, if it's cool where you are t5s could be great, tbf they veg a nice sized plant that's ready to flower but you can fir say 6/8 plants under the 4x tube model.

If its warmer 20c + in the room you intend to use it in led might be a better option, more light bigger space covered, these are the only pics I could find of plants vegged under t5s.

Did you break the energy leaf when removing the shell form the small one, or what happened?

No bro i didn't touch it that's how it come our of the shell, there was like a little piece of what looked like seed membrane attached to the cotleydon, I expected it'd dry up and fall off but not quite

Yeah because i had some like that happened for me.
I removed a shell very careful.
Next day an energy leaf was lying 5 cm away.
Could of course have been me but the shell came off easy and i think i would've noticed.
I was thinking it could have been an insect but the cut was very clean and nothing eaten.
The plant didn't mind it much.

Jfc when I said 40x60cm I meant that's intense enough for decent growth rates but that 96w is supporting everything atm.

You might notice the clones look a little healthier they were suffering from nutrient toxicity, smal coco volume drying out frequently, normally it's not a problem feeding from the bottom but the occasional top feed dilutes salts crystal that's been building are the evaporation interface aka the top

They'll turn to shit if they're in there too long, they're too far from the light and the temps aren't ideal it's barely above 20⁰c in there at times, things are upside down atm.

Blue digiberry 2x Bx and 1x F3 I got last week.

This was before I topped up 2x Bx and 1x F3
I was topping off the taller ones with dried coco it just pours in around the stem, if it's not dried it builds up and spills over the edges and it weight down delicate seedlings...damn that I've got a life thanks I hear you say

The blue Afghani had grown a bit uneven so I cloned it, just for giggles I put a couple of spare sgoots into some water after 7 day's 1 is just showing a root.

Idk why I kept spares it's not like I'm going to run out, I just can't bring myself to bin cloning material

Mum and her clone, on ice waiting for the green light

Getting ahead of the curve here, there's no point in having to dry more if good, I'm letting them sit in at room temp to aide drying, I'm dying to test a wee blueberry joint

The rest is drying away nicely check out temps/humidity

I'm happy with that drying situation, that's one thing about winter it has favorable drying conditions, the only thing is I'm waiting for a joint at those parameters that could be 2wks away, that's the reason I've some sitting at room temp 18/20⁰c
I've still not got my other tent sorted out yet I need to get pressing with that and everything will work out seamlessly

Wow! check this, I didn't see it until a few minutes ago, hiding in plain sight it was.

I soaked 5 blueberry muffin reg in the 1st lot of seeds, only 1 sprouted initially so I put them all into the same coco pouch with the 1 that sprouted 1

I've had 2 sprout I had kinda written off.

Before I left i filled a pouch of coco and planted it №2 Hsc blueberry muffin regular

Sorry about your Mom, I lost mine almost a year ago. Still working through all the paperwork.

Blue Afghani eh? (like I need another plant. LOL)
Have you grown it outside? I love my Afghan Auto hash but I'm willing to try a Hybrid if it can survive my outdoor in Southeast Michigan.

Classic cannabis conundrum!

I'm trying to work out how to get the two seeds lots onto the same page
I've had problems with deliveries and orders that I didn't allow for.

They've been in 24hrs light since starting them around the 8th March iirc, I'm no further forward with my tent and room keeps gathering more clutter it's a job emptying all the stuff out again I've ended up with a t5 lightwave, 250w viparspectra, 3 dehumidifiers + packing for 2, tubs of nutrients, buckets and jugs typical grow stuff in the space the tents going pia to empty it again but the situation is getting urgent

I'm getting the impression the Hsc blueberry muffin regular aren't very vigorous?

You might remember this bonus sprout I found last week?
It's been 7 days it's not not looking great, I'm thinking even if they did burst into life today they're never going to sync with the others.
I'll keep growing them until they get in my way.

This was from the 1st lot it's going to work out eventually I think but I'm glad I'm not depending on it.

Have a nice weekend everyone

Both these seeds put soaking in water on 1 February, one plant twice the size. Was expecting them to be a bit further along. Pistels just starting to change, a few orange appearing. They've been on 12/12 from the start, thought 3 months would be it but can't see these being ready end April. The taller one is under a decent lamp, philizon with adjustable strength other one not adjustable and no name. Previous 2 plants worked out ok. Thinking to get a bigger lamp for the grow room and use the cheap one as a veg lamp in part of my wardrobe, want to try taking clones at 21 days flower. No filter should be needed.
Will check out prices, either get a philizon same as the one I have or one 2 or 3 times the size, that would do 2 or 3 plants.

This is a hollands hope seedling, from an outdoor grow 2 years back. Could be male. Female or something in-between. Hope it's a girl, if it's a boy don't know if I'd keep him for pollen, not a potent strain on paper but I enjoyed the smoke, and I Don't have space to be starting plants then dumping half of them.
Decisions decisions, let's see what it turns out to be. It's great having a choice of buds to smoke.

The egg boxes have marigolds and another plant I'm starting off. Have a small flower bed in the back yard, nice to have some colour out there.
I hope your boys can find the missing airman before those other bastards get him

Happy weekend everyone…thing are looking decent over here…a couple I’m not thrilled about and a couple I am…I guess that’s what you get with seed runs right?

Standouts are the AK Deathstar
Cali dream x banner
Poddy mouth x sin mint cookies
Kona

Not crazy bout these green point sugar mints (larry og x animal cookies) but we’re only at about 5 weeks so we’ll see how things evolve over the next couple weeks.

Here’s the AK
