Not one other person my age has my damage other than a combat vet... They replaced my ankle and arm with metal plates. Screws and safety wire... Broken neck...but the nerves in my back are worst

gt if you can lock your legs and bend over to put your torrso as close to your legs as you can standing up,it will pull the disc and the joints will ease up ,hurts like hell but works,,and if your like me,QUIT jumping out the back of pickup truck,every time i do im down couple days,mama and the baby,lay me on the floor ,lock my knees were i cant bend them and push down and in towards the body ,hurts to all all and takes a few minutes to get off floor,but works every time
