So hey there dude... would you mind sharing the mushrooms you ingest? I have always been interested in mushrooms and believe they hold certain medicinal properties. I even just recently joined my local Mycology Society. We have a fungus fair this weekend. It rained recently here and I am looking forward to seeing what we can find around here...
I am curious if there are any mushrooms that have pain or inflammation reducing properties...

Oh yes brother. I take Chaga, Lions Mane, Red Reishi daily. I take many more when I have a need, these can be Cordyceps, Agarikon, Blazei, Maitake among others i eat as food, Wood Bluit, Stropharia, Oyster, Shitake.

If i was gonna have to take a few, then the first 3 i have selected are excellent, but becareful, if tyou take blood thinning meds and or have medical conditions, i would talk to the doctor or at least research it hard to make sure you are doubling impacts. Everyone should take lions Mane, I am a big fan oif this, and mental stress is more acute these days, so we need the help.

I find this is a super place to find out about Mushrooms and Paul Stamets is a leading authority
www.fungi.com

There is an excellent podcast on Joe Rogan its long but covers mushrooms in all the glory.

I grow and process my own buddy but you can get finished capsules from the fungi.com site

I am kinda curious about cbd and products. My brother buys some cbd oil and he said it helps greatly with his constant knee pain. This is cbd oil that is shipped through the mail. So what does this mean? No thc or is it a 0.5 percent or something? Industrial hemp? Is that medicinal? He said it's working. Haha.
So either:
#1. CBD on its own works wonders.
#2. The cbd products have thc in them and people are benefiting from all the cannabinoids.

I think full spectrum tinctures are called Sativex and anyone producing this would have to pay GW pharma is it? they have the UK's only patent for medical cannabis but its the whole plant so i guess they thought fuck registering CBD

Thanks dude. Yep I watched the Paul stamets podcast. I want a fucking mushroom hat. I have grown a few mushrooms in my younger days and am interested in trying to grow some edible/medicinal fungi either indoors or in my backyard/greenhouse. Indeed I have heard about the lions mane and others. Hats off to you for producing your own medicine.
