Personally I would go LST as someone already mentioned once your screen is filled you cant move anything around. Tough to do pest and nanner inspections . Granted 99 % of your pruning down side is done by flip but it can be a PITA. LST can produce as well as scrog and the upside is access to all sides of the gurls. This was Bullfighter LST grown in a 25 gallon tub she yielded 1.1 units this was week 3 of flower. At the time of this pic she was 5' across right thru the center.
