I've had a friend give me some aquarium lights he had going on some salt water coral tanks. I pulled out the par meter and got 700 umols off this thing wide open. ( has a dimmer) these could very well run a small veg or clone right?

Ya you bet, it can fry a sprout too. Not sure if that light has more than 1 setting but give sprouts distance and a low setting if there is one.....Babies don't need much light, I use t5 fluorescent right through veg.

I own those lights on marine reef aquarium.
I would not use them for weed.
They are 10k with a strong blue color also.

In my 4x5 a 400w hid keeps the temp perfect right now. You might wanna look into just using a hid for the watts you've got tied up. They grow nice and tight under mh

This is the growth between 2 days of being under this light with both sides of the fixture running 100%. I say it does great for veg/clones.

I gotta say, I just took a couple rips and that second pic makes your plant look like it’s leaves are almost as big as your feet!
