That depends on where you live. Do you want to start the plants outside? Or will you start them inside before putting them outside?

Dude google the sunlight/sundown times for your area it's so easy, then choose the day that works best for you. If you set them out with 12hrs or less they will start to bloom so do some homework.

Consider how big a pot or in the ground. I have to move mine around so my pots are only 15gal so i can drag them under cover from rain when they flower. You get the high humidity and more rain than me in so. oregon during summer. I grow kush/more indica hybrids smaller plants only 6ft. I plant around 2nd week of june. Also i toss a few autos out late june with the photoperiods.

Plants react to twilight hours, Which for me is about 50 additional minutes right now. And if you’re starting outdoors with seeds it will be a month before the plant will even be affected by light. So you can start growing outside now.

But sounds like you’re asking about “moving” plants out (after giving them artificial light)? This is where everyone gets in trouble. If you’ve been doing 18hrs indoors, good chance you’ll be screwed until June. (By the 22nd days start getting shorter.)

Sunrise and sunset times in Tampa, April 2025

Calculations of sunrise and sunset in Tampa – Florida – USA for April 2025. Generic astronomy calculator to calculate times for sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset for many cities, with daylight saving time and time zones taken in account.
www.timeanddate.com

If all you want is a date. Go with April 23rd as you will be more than 13 hours of daylight and gaining.
