#1st time grow/ could use some advice/opinions

Hi, so I had 2nd Heart Attack back in Oct. I'm 41 years old. The Meds keep Me Sick. Smoking is only thing seems help. But extra weed $$ is out the question.We got kids and bills. A friend gave me this clone. I thought was gonna grow as a Bud... But.... Am I or did I mess smthn up??? Opinions appreciated

Did your buddy give you a clone from a flowering plant?

Yes I think so it seemed like it was just gonna be a big bud at first!!! I live KY. He gave to Me maybe late Oct, 1st Nov. The lighting is where I messed up. I didn't know anything at first and had the light on 24/7 for like first week!!! Now light on 7am off 11pm

24/7 is fine for young plants, once you switch the light to 12 on 12 off it will stretch in size and start budding (if its going to) in a few weeks. you should ask your friend some info such as if its an autoflower(which start flowering automatically by time) or if its a photoperiod(which needs to be triggered by the light change)

It is revegging. It will take about 30 days with lights on 24/7 for it to revert to veg stage. We call the result MonsterCropping. It will become a bushy mess requiring much pruning once in veg stage. You will know it has reverted when it grows normal looking pot leaves. Stems will grow where calyxes exist now.
