Smaller pots for a shorter veg time. But that equates to more plants.

I would go with the suggestion from @OldOneEye. That would work to fill your space pretty well. If you have trouble with LST and haven’t tried them, get a pack of LST clips on Amazon or similar.

I try and run the largest pots I can fit in my tent. My 5x5 tent has a 4x4x1.5ft bed. One of my 2x4s has 2 -15 gallon pots and the other has 2 11gallon city picker pots. I only grow living organic. But it usually yields pretty good

I grow living organic. So the larger the pot the longer the soil last. I reuse the soil over and over.

imo both are pretty small
my last transplant was into 20l pots however I ran out of compost & left some in 15l the ones in the 15l were considerably smaller

I have run in 5 L parts and even ran in bloody teacups for prizes or just for the lolz

I’d go with the 5l the 2.6l will stress the plant as it will be root bound virtually all its life & it’s struggle water wise

more plants doesn’t always mean more bud a couple of plants will fill the tent up as said

Smallest pot I use is a 5 gal. I've never understood the small pot fad as it relates to the home grower or the almost mandatory short fill the pot with soil or coco exercise.

Some growers like feet between their plants, for what ever reason the plant needs space. For others they likes to cram plants in and fill there space to the fullest, a light photon that hits the floor is a wasted photon. But in my mind it's about space..not necessarily sq. footage but height. An area that is height restricted means vegging for shorter period, to end up with shorter plants. Which big big 5 gal. Grow containers is a waste of resources. Roots will never use the entire area. It's a matter of grow style.
Mansplaining...lol sorry about my ramble

Depends on how you look at it. Bigger pots mean fewer plants, and hopefully a larger yield.
Smaller pots, more plants, shorter veg period, shorter turn around, hopefully Larger yield in toto.

I’ve built my own soil and used build a soil. Both seem to work really good.
