Hey guys, trying again...

are them doing ok for 7 days since sprout? Are those little white spots on the leaf normal?

2 white russian auto
doing 20/4 light schedule
using turf + perlite (50/50)

I attached a pic of them, comparing two days of growth.
Will be posting soon how they are today.

going at normal pace then, right?

Don't freak out if they don't seem to grow much over the next two weeks. So long as the top half looks normal and healthy, just know they are stretching out new roots in the soil. Once they have enough, it'll kick into high gear and they'll be growing above and below at about an equal rate for a while.

Make sure you don't keep the soil too moist all the time and don't feed them anything but water right now.

The next week and a half you'll probably be going WTF why aren't my babies growing and then two weeks from now it'll be oh, there it is!

Looking heathy 👍

When my seedling stretch and get a bit leggy, I like to add soil to reinforce the stem ✌️💨

Roots will grow from the stem 👍
hey! thank you for your reply.

I did add some soil around them once at the very first days. as it was getting too tall but now both of them stems height is at 3cm for about 5 or more days. Stems are not getting longer, so i suppose light height is correct since its still developing leafs normally.

It may look leggy maybe because its a "close up" pic but 3centimeters (1.18in) is ok I guess, right?

When should I start feeding them some ferts?

hard to answer, really this depend on how enriched is your soil but they look rather healthy so you could probably wait a little bit more until the plant is noticeably bigger related to pot size. 2-4 weeks more i'd say if you experience a vigorous growth but really that's just a guess

If I'm not wrong there is zero food for them in the soil... it is just perlite + peat moss. Maybe if I feed 1/4 of the dose on the label on week 3?

They looking good right? I'm just still unsure how to know if I should feed them already, even if less amount than usual... They are both 17 days old since sprout.

These are the ferts i was able to afford and get my hands on:

10-10-10 npk + micronutrients
04-14-08 npk + micronutrients
15-5-5 npk (no micros)

They look great to me. 👍✌️💨

I don’t think they’re asking to be fed ✌️

Ok your nutes are ok but the strength is high. 10-10-10 is balanced but strong. Most bag ferts are 4-4-4 for general purpose. Yes it's just math but it will be important to properly balance the nutrition feed rate.
Someone doing chemical ferts could maybe get him an EC target for first nutes? And suggestions when to run the higher P and K later or just the balanced with micro ?
I got my own problems with Organics......
