Folks I’m after a little help diagnosing a slight issue I might have with SJ

She’s looking a little down and droopy today. I fed her 1 litre yesterday with 1/2 recommendations from biobizz
At this point I’m using the fish mix not bio grow. It was also 7 days since her previous water which also had 1/2 nutes. And she was completely dried back before re watering.

I think I’m looking at a lack of phosphorus due to the blue tinge to some leaves that have lost their sheen and purple stems starting to show.

But it’s showing on the newer leaves not the older so maybe not phosphorus????

The fish mix P is 1 so definitely at the low end. But does she require more at this stage?

Maybe light stress? It was at about 450 ppfd, so I’ve dropped back to 400.

Any thoughts and ideas will be very much appreciated

To me… I’d say just watered a day early she looks healthy just waterlogged looking at the leaf texture, looks a shade puffy in the margins plus the droop

Yup that would do the trick it looks like these ones I got are made from 14 or 12 gauge wire. I got mine for free otherwise I probably wouldn't have even tried this, but one could easily make them at home.

But yeah, there's definitely a spike in growth all of a sudden.

It's basically a technique used back before fertilizer companies were a thing. Whether or not it does what they say/think, is anyone's guess. They basically came out with fertilizers and never looked back. I have always found that there is always some truth in fiction, though, and I'm always looking for different ways to do things if nothing more than to just be different

But at any rate the theory is these help pull "atmospheric electricity" into the soil and that it allegedly reduces nutrient requirements, prevents pests, and increases yield/quality.

So here’s my last 1gal run, there are 3 3gal plants in the corners. Other than that, the soil was on its second use, unamended, on @greenleafnutrients mega crop and sweet candy
Se7000
G4500 both set at 65-70% at chop.
They were all over 4ft tall besides the okie cman, it was a badass run that brought some real nice colas. Wish I coulda finished with y’all!
Looks like the competition is really shaping up. I have a couple of folks in mind as fro t runners already.

So can everyone vote?

Hell yeah! Nice. I have 3 skuywalker autos in the run as we speak, they are gonna stay in the 1/2 gallon pots till chop, I’m doing 1gal as the largest pots and sog. I have 32 up potted so far. Another 90 or so, it’s looking like 32 for each 4x2 space. It’s gonna work out perfect it seems. Bc I have another 6ft x 4ft available. That is a bit more convenient than I thought thought I was gonna have to mail some to the ceiling I always get a little more impressed with peoples 1 gal plants that are nice. Great work.

The name of the game is more concentrated nute application at a higher frequency every other day is how it ends up wet dry cycle wise in 1g here. The plants eat very well in small pots, the dry faster, and you actually end up feeding more. It’s worked for me for a long time.

I’d leave the lower none obtrusive ones on the bottom. And open up all them nodes up top.
Use those bottom fans to help with light intake since they are still a bit shortish. And out of the way. But still useful. There my 2 copper.

kind of a spin off question with what Capt stated still being useful.

I was thinking yeah take them off, then I considered the amount of root generation those bigger leaves are doing? Thats the question lol, what’s the risk it to biscuit factor here? : )

This sounds like a reasonable option! She’s got nodes pushed right up to those upper fans that why I was thinking I should remove em

The damn leaf stems are as thick as the stalk
