The top left corner of your screen. There’s a box up there with three latches on it. It’s once you click on that. Select the forums tab. Then scroll down the page going past all of the forums and threads down towards the bottom of the screen, there’s three categories to pick one select the one that most suits your needs and then get the creating a thread , Once you do, it will appear in the forum tab with all the rest of them. Generally, you can make the name of your thread a question about what’s actually going wrong and people will click on it and try to help. notifications automatically start when folks chime in.
No Need to make a Multiple threads inquiring about the same problem. Sometimes you gotta be patient for somebody to get back to you other times it’s actually quite swift, but the mods will always generally get back at somebody personally I like to check in on folks I’m helping.
