Sooooo I guess my contestant IS actually Blueberry Cupcake after all. I noticed one of the mutations on one I'm growing now. The width of those early fan leaves threw me off. But it explains why it's so stretchy already.

2 of the tallest lower/outer branches that I topped a few days ago are blocking a branch directly below each.
I used a LST Clip on both to bend them over to a spot with no branches to expose the branches directly under them to a lot more light.
I'll end up removing a few leaves this weekend, want to do it with at least a week before flip.

I took my 4 hand size fans off mine today before I left and did some light lillypopping in her underside l, wanna give her some time to recover and push out more before flip day, then I plan to defol around day 17-20

It’s prob my fault I was planning to keep track of submissions but everyone seemed to be posting with in the 2 days either way and getting them in so I didn’t see an issue, I mean… we’re stoners I cant hold us accountable to knowing what day it is

The separation between the 2 topics has been great, minimal chatter in the submission topic (I expect a bit here and there especially with some exceptional entries, if anyone noticing something About someone’s plant etc.)

I usually quote the pic and insert the quote here

But everyone’s killin it! Got a ton of great looking plants and everyone seems to be enjoying the comp!

Different strains should not be tied to time

Part of the challenge, end date will be when your strain finishes, but we all had equal sprout / seedling / veg time. But flip date for any strain can be any day (minute autos) object was to limit root size and give everyone freedom to treat their plant as they please until flip date (training, up potting, organic, synthetic, etc all up to the grower)

But was also why I gave a month for folks to free up plant count space as well as make a personal decision on what strain to run with the constraints everyone was aware of prior to start

It’s all part of the challenge, and fun! Everyone’s having a blast just for the hell of it and it’s great!

Yup I fall into the latter category

I'm trying my best to just take 2 pictures a week, I have no idea what day of the week it is, usually I only know when I have to make a trip to the post office to pick up packages, and on the 3rd of every month when that disability check comes in

Other than that? Fuck if I know what day it is

But yeah I'll be posting all my pics en masse as soon as chop day comes

I’d say we’re at about 3/4 of the starters, we had a few failures, a few backed out etc but for the most part we see a good majority of entrants posting within the posting days

I removed some more lower stuff. I’m sort of aiming for fewer, larger buds.

I’m a newer grower and would have flipped this already. This grow has already taught me a few things.

If anyone is running the Controller 69, there's a new firmware update available.

They added Dynamic Wind mode so we can control the Cloudray Gen 2 fans wind mode through the app now. (Dynamic Wind mode is also available to use for their Cloudline series inline fans as well).

Also added a RJ11 configuration which expands which lights can be used with the Controller.
Some lights use to flicker with the RJ11 adapter, this second output in the app is supposed to help eliminate the flicker.

Sensor accuracy update.

UIS outlet buffer mode fix/update.

If you go to the port setting for any device using an RJ, you will see the adapter setting 1 and 2.

Any fan, inline or oscillating, in the port setting you will find Dynamic Wind mode.

In my first grow and I had room and decided to add an auto to my already vegging photos for this challenge. Still a ton to learn but to start at same time asa everyone in the challenge and pass most of my photos that are 2 months ahead is thrilling. I sprayed with sts so its a scratch on using flower but I am stoked how good she is doing. But if anyone sees anything I need to do other than training let me know. I plan to train more in my next run but want to learn this part first.
