Tincture for sublingual delivery. Or for drinks, edibles really anything. Not for smoking thoFor smoking or drinking?
Thanks newt. Yea the fan was pretty much blowing right on the tops since the beginning. I thought it was slow enough it wouldn’t bother them. I just moved it up a few inches and turned it from 3 to 2 so I’ll see if it helps any. I don’t have a dimmer on my light. It’s a 300 watt light with 2 switches. One says veg that’s a blue spectrum and one says bloom which has red in it. I’m assuming with one switch on it’s around 150w and when both switches are on I’m assuming it’s at 300w. I did lower the light an inch at flip and the twisting may have gotten worse since then. I’m gonna raise the light and give it a week and see. Thanks for the advice. Were the fans blowing directly on the tops before?
What do you have the light dimmer set at?
Did you turn up your light or bring it closer to the plant when you flipped to flower?
I think it's possibly a light issue, I've seen my leaf tips on both existing leaves and new growth have yellowing/browning and twisting, lowering my light intensity or raising my light higher above the plant stopped progression.
As for pruning, I recommend doing it during the 3rd week of flowering.
I wouldn't do anymore major defoliation after pruning in week 3, a couple leaves here and there is ok.
I could not agree more. I love every bit of my aci equipment 3 tent all with model 69 controllers in-line fans oscillating fans heaters and humidifiers. One ion frame evo 3 and two ion boards. I would really like to get a evo 8 for my 5x5 but can not justify replacing my luxx.I absolutely love AC Infinity.
I have 2 tents, Ionframe EVO3, 8" inline, 2-6" inline, 2-4" inline, 4-6" oscillating fans, 9" oscillating fan, 4 Controller 69 Pros, Humidifier, self watering bases, Trim Tray, bunch of lighting adapters and UIS plugs, I'm sure I'm missing some things.
I didn't buy it all at once, it was after I ran 1 tent for awhile. When I made my other purchases, I already knew I was purchasing quality from experience. Also why I didn't hesitate to order the heater.
I really don't think anyone does it better then ACI.
If you happen to ever need to talk to customer service, as long as you have proof of purchase, you will be taken care of quick and easy!
I would like to replace the 2 Vivosun VS4000 that are in my 8x4 with a HLG Scorpion RSpec with the Evo8.I could not agree more. I have 2 1000 spiders, one of them dimmable and a 1000 vivosun in a 2x4 5ft tall, I feel like the spiders are better about dispersing heatI would like to replace the 2 Vivosun VS4000 that are in my 8x4 with a HLG Scorpion RSpec with the Evo8.
My grows have been fine with the Vivosun VS4000, even prior to adding the HLG, but after the stunt Vivosun pulled, I probably won't ever buy anything from them again.
Long story short, they advertised the VS4000 with LM301H diodes and 5 levels of dimming but when I received the lights, they had only 4 levels of dimming and the specs in the manual said LM301D diodes.
I contacted customer service and they said the changed the light a few years ago but never updated the advertisement on their website.
They seen no issue in this and offered me no resolution.
Only reason I kept the lights is because the retailer I ordered from refunded me the cost of 1 light so got 2 for the price of 1.
I'm hoping AC Infinity puts up a Halloween contest soon.
ACI (and some other brands) usually do decorating contests with some pretty nice lights as the prizes. Think they did an Evo8 or 10 last year.
I’ve gotten away with removing the ratchet strap hangers and just ran the steel cable over the tent frame bar, but it can make light placement a little bit more difficult, and it becomes more of a balancing act that way too.How far can I cinch these things up to the ceiling?View attachment 2295986
