Definitely a refresher for me. And the timing didn't help. I wouldn't have topped so soon under normal circumstances. The outcome isn't a big surprise really. Lol She's a late finisher so I might be harvesting on Christmas dayI have never topped a plant before hanging around the Farm! For this comp I topped the GMOxOkie and have seen now where I would top it again in multi places, and had I not been wanting to do the comp id let it veg way longer and top again (this whole comp has been a great learning experience for me) and maybe in some cases a refresher course : ) also my timing is garbage so I got that going for me

BooReally bummed to announce that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will probably need to drop out of the challenge tentatively. I have only one external outlet to run my equipment and I've had to reset it 3 times. The last time it happened I think the outlet got fried. I'm getting no more power and a red warning light has come on. It's not worth the risk of burning down the house. I could get the overlord to fix it but that would take a couple of days and doesn't really help my situation in the short term. I could put the plant outside during the day and in the tent at night but not enough natural light for significant growth. Quitting isn't in my nature but there's something to be said for sound judgement. At what point does it become untenable? To keep this going just for the sake of not quitting, knowing that a worthwhile outcome is unlikely, just seems pointless and unreasonable.
I guess I'll be selling off all this shit I just bought for nothing.Man what a drag.

If I can figure out an alternative, I might be able to keep this going but all the lighting issues could very well result in a herm. This strain is sensitive to light issues from what I've read. Ok back to the drawing board to see if I can sort this out. Ugh!

Hardest pill to swallow! You know the situation and what is right vs not so right lol! Really sorry you’re having to drop out but you do what makes you most comfortable and safe! Not sure how savvy you are with electricity, but im sure if you go on the DYI thread you could probably trouble shoot it.
