You run drippers or just hand water? I’ve always wanted to run coco or rockwool I really gotta get it a try I just hate the thought of dealing with runoff, flood tables etc, it’s the only thing that’s ever thrown me off about it orherwise I’d grab a set of floraflex gear and fire it up, was considering making some other stuff to try I have a few ideas, I really wanna try aeroponics but setting it up etc seems like a major headache , might say hell with it and throw some air stones in a 5 gallon bucket and give that a go instead , seems like it’ll be a pain to change out the water though

Want an easy aeroponics bucket system? Should fit around a net pot or on a bucket lid. No? I'm considering this for a small bucket cloner. If I could do indoor I'd have a tent full. Lol

I've done both and loved when it was on auto and all I'd have to do was keep a 55 gallon drum full, usually once a week but during the summer when I'm breeding and flowering out plants I've got groups all over the place so hand watering is it. I'm filling and mixing about 50 1gal bottles a day and fertigating 5x's a day. 4-6 weeks to go then I'll scale back for winter.

It's a lot of work and very time consuming but I can't beat the end product

Hell yeah! I use this for my cloner

Just a small submersible pond pump 3/4” pvc for riser and standouts, 10x 360 deg sprayer heads (cheapo plastic ones) and some net pots

Bottom tote has 3 gallons of water, the pump hole cut in top of lower one and bottom of top tote, riser comes up and splits in 4 legs

The top I just poured a pint of flex seal liquid in and let it select for a week then used a 3” hole saw for the net cups

May use the same method, but use the larger totes and do a aeroponics set up like that, just gotta figure out how I’ll keep the roots from getting into the res tote, maybe use screen and stitch it around the pipe / return hole

Here’s the clones after about a week I believe

So how long do I have to set up my veg tent? I haven't been following, sorry. I've been slacking, just defoliation on my outdoor has been brutal this year, never again peanut butter breath it was way too branchy for me. Grows great but a pia, the others I remove some fans and I'm good.

I'm pretty sure that's smaller then my air pot that I'm using!

You can find true Air Pot capacity on their website or usually in the description.
My Air Pot is advertised as a 2 but is actual capacity is 4.4 liters
A lot of companies say it's 2 gallon but it's actually a #2 Air Pot.
That's why a lot of the sizes advertised are not actual capacity because they are #1, #2, #3, etc pots, not 1 gal, 2 gal, 3 gal, etc.

what's number one capacity so Newty?
I think mine will be nr two too
I just rolled on second row but if it's 4.4 like yours I might roll on first
it's small enough

I will fill it with coco and will be charging Lilliput bodybuilder styla. I hate coco. Will be more of a challenge for yours truly

So I’m still having a hard time deciding on which strain to run for the comp. Too many to chose from lol. And that’s just the photos lolI’m pretty sure it’s going to be one of these. Most likely the gazzurple but I’ve never ran it before. I’ll be using a mix of coco peat and coast of Maine soil With a little bat guano.I’m going to try out the mega crop by greenleaf. And probably add some epsom salts to the water. I’ll be using filtered tap water that I let sit out for at least 12 hrs. I know I should just stick to my normal but that’s what makes it fun lol I will be doing a few more in the same tent. But I’ll make sure to mark my choice for the comp. The others will most likely be in 2 or 3 ga. Pots

Why not? I'd start it on 18/6 if it were me. I'm outside and greenhouse and while I've got 15/9 in the greenhouse with standard LED's that's where I'll have to start but I'll flip and finish outside
