Sorry for the late reply, but you have gotten lots of good advice from others so I won't dilly dally.

The fabric pots are 7 gallons and I could have gone smaller but the little larger size gives me a fudge factor in case I forget to water. I use big box store potting soil and amend with worm castings, perite and rice hulls. I also sprinkle some Gaia Green in before planting.

I do transplant Autos, and it may stunt their height a little, but they stretch during flower and finish when they should. This year I started Auto seeds May 31, transplanted the seed w/tail into small cups, then into 3" pots, then into the 7 gallon outside. They are not as robust as photos, for me, but they do produce beautiful flowers every time.

No worries. Thanks for the info. I was going to do the scaling-up transplant method but thought that would end in disaster. Whatever you're doing, it seems to be working. Your entire operation looks amazing.

My interest in autos is definitely rising. Mine may be underdeveloped, but I've done so much better than the first 4 attempts.

Cool weather this morning supposed to only get to 75f and will gradually get warmer no more rain for now. Things are progressing slowly those are the photoperiods in the first 2 pics then there's my autos in the next 2 pics. The tiny one just got put out into it's final pot this morning, poor tiny thing. The strain is called Godzilla cookies LOL. My veggie beds are not doing great cause of the beetles that are wrecking the leaves. I've given up on the bush beans i've planted those 3x my 2 zucchini are not happy. Tomatoes are fine and my cantalopes are happy. Don't know why those beetles just mostly eat the beans and squash leaves. There on my MJ plants but the spray keeps them away for just a couple days then i see them and the earwigs uggh.
Then there's my pretty begonia in my snail pot. It's been in there 3yrs, dies back in winter it's a tuberious variety. Anyhoo that's the update slowww and steady.

I know a lot here on the farm don't like using this, but it's the only thing I know to keep my beans from becoming lunch to everything...even groundhogs. Slugs got my first planting no more than they sprouted. Replant and dusted...I have beans. Groundhog ate a few tops and quit, beans recovered, groundhog died of instantaneous lead poisoning.

That's the spirit! Keep trying different things until it works for you. I'm an outdoor grower and tried indoor for the first time this past winter with disastrous results. But, I have learned alot and am looking forward to this Fall's adventure. LOL (unless I end up with a garage full, like @EternalSun's barn last year. )

Heat wave here on the east coast. 96° today and calling for over 100 the next 3 days . Girls in the greenhouse taking it well though. Gave everyone a drink this morning along with spraying the outside of the fabric pots. Sprayed the pots again about an hour ago to keep the roots cool and moist. Plants have a little tacoing going on but not bad. If they were in flower I'd be a lot more worried. Although the Cretans seem to be seriously thinking about going into flower.
