The last big one in SE Texas was from a bbq grill on Father’s Day. At the same time as the Bastrop fire. But I see there’s another one in Bastrop already.People making S’mores caused our last big fire. My son lived and still does about 1 mile from where that pic was taken. I lived about 5 miles. The last big one in SE Texas was from a bbq grill on Father’s Day. At the same time as the Bastrop fire. But I see there’s another one in Bastrop already.
You get seedy weed?Anyone know what happens when you hit an auto with photo pollen?
I have a few autos germinating and I’d like to make more beans… just wondering if anyone has any experience?
I assume the offspring would be 50/50 auto/photo?

Good luck, figuring out which seeds are auto out of the 25% or 50%! Or photo or fast.Anyone know what happens when you hit an auto with photo pollen?

Might be kinda cool actuallyMost likely just your regular photoperiod....although better odds of 'fast' flowering plants
That's the bitch with dealing with these qualitative traits. Also most don't realize there are two genes so far that have been found for day neutral. And another for the fast flowering trait. The good news is it probably won't be long before theses prices come down.Good luck, figuring out which seeds are auto out of the 25% or 50%! Or photo or fast.

Yeah, the cost of sending in a sample to get your plant sexed instead of waiting for the plant to show you has gone down quite quite a bit also! If I remember right, it is down to 10 or 15 bucks a plant but most of the places have a minimum number of tests that you have to buy! Say like 50 or so! I haven’t looked at it in a while! That's the bitch with dealing with these qualitative traits. Also most don't realize there are two genes so far that have been found for day neutral. I was thinking more about identifying auto vs photo. But punnet squares do wonders.Yeah, the cost of sending in a sample to get your plant sexed instead of waiting for the plant to show you has gone down quite quite a bit also! I don’t know! But it would be expensive! Most of these modern strains have huge, long family trees! There was a site, but I can’t remember where , where the lineage Was printed out back to 50 levels! Or more! On some common strains! Lol! For example! That’s why it’s kind of funny hearing people crowing about their new strain! Lol!Do any of those companies test for the true lineage of cultivars?
