I once had a pack of seeds intercepted from Netherlands. Called and asked what it was, I didn't lieI have a licence to grow. I was told I had to go online and fill out some forms before it could be released. I didn't bother

They work great for vegging and the light is middle of the road color wise. They put out a bit of heat and have fans built in and fit into screw in

Nice if ya need additional lighting, on the cheap. Bought a bunch of um years ago, at Walmart. Hey I didn't know they'd work as grow lights when I bought um. I just knew they were a $1 a piece, and bright as hell. Worked great for my finished basement, compared to traditional bulb's.
