My autos after bout 4 weeks…I grew out two autos last year for the first time, they were both tiny, like 3/4 oz…these already look like they’re going to be way more productive…had I known I’ll have given them separate pots.

This is a 7gal with prob 5gal of soil in there cookies and octane 45 from Mephisto.

This one’s the northern cheesewreck from the good brother grayoldnproud.

I also have some reg auto pollen and another male auto plant I got seed from the same guy so I’m gonna hit some lowers with two different types of pollen…will have plenty beans if anyone wants some, but we’ll get to that part later! Horse before cart.

Crap. Had some bud rot in one of the buds on the Cannacheese. Excised it but said screw it, took off that whole bud. I'll dry up the remainder and give it hit or two when it's dry. It was one I pollinated but not one seed....hmmm not looking good there.

Must’ve finally been getting some rain! At the expense of your bud!

I do not but there's a Saturday farmers market that sells this mushroom spawn it's spread onto chunks of wood and sell the bagged up spawn. It's really facinating to me watching it grow. Loads of folks around my area go hunting in the woods for them and do really well.

We got some but they're in bags on the porch under the green house cover if it rains (being toy plants and all they're easy to move ) I think it was dripping from the plastic green house cover and I didn't see it. More important to me is....no seeds. Nope not what I was hoping for but, and I'll use my favorite phrase from my business days, it is what it is.

Yep, loved foraging when I lived up north, not much down here in so cal….thats what I got, wine cap spawn…they get pretty big and they’re supposed to be tasty, not to mention they breakdown the wood chips and feed your soil.

I had (assuming a squirrel) dig out my Blue Dream seedling just a couple days ago. That pissed me off! Fortunately, I got 2 more seeds. You just want to maximize all of them, ya know? Can’t all be winners.

Since the beginning of the year 35 people have gotten a hold of death caps! Normally 2 to 5 people. I’ll stick with the store! I need my liver for drinking!

I know, I’ve heard…they don’t want people to forage period…you just gotta be sure, spore print especially if you aren’t sure, but there are many many identifiers

I haven’t heard of any discouraging! Just the opposite! DFG actually encourages you and tells you where and when to go look! But that is probably for morels and the other exotics that are pretty easy to identify! Death caps seem to resemble a lot of other common mushrooms! And even 35 out of 40 million people doesn’t sound like a lot! Maybe a few updates on how you do when you get them going!
