Yes, I was hoping someone had real world experience in height and growth pattern of those listed. My holes were just dug to be planted tomorrow. I’ve been anticipating since March.

If you know right off, mine are Blue Dream, White Widow and Durban Poison.

I grew blue dream and Durban Poison a couple times in the ground. And a Durban Poison crossed with Triangle kush once.
Blue Dream was pretty easy, no issues as far as pests, powdery mildew or anything. The tallest Blue dream went about 10-11 foot, the other blue dreams were about 8 foot, but all weren’t grown in my sunniest locations. Makes a difference! The only pic I have of BD is just after bloom in mid August…beware when weather turns cold it will turn dark purple pretty cool!
The Durban Poison was a nice bushy plant (I grew two one season) I expected to be a lot taller, but they only were about 9 foot ( if I remember correctly) and wide…these pics were still around 5-ish weeks until harvest
And the Durban Poison x Triangle Kush was a giant. Pictured here I am standing on the middle tier which is at least 2 feet taller. It probably was 13-ish feet?!?

That's what I said, and they ended up 12ft. So last year I pulled the tops toward the ground and they stayed near 5-6ft. Unfortunately they also caught Septoria early and I did not spray enough and had to trash almost all.
THIS year I'm spraying anything that is green and doesn't move, 'cause I want a harvest. (and to be in trim jail a long long time)(just like @EternalSun. LOL

Still got plenty hanging, hahaha. Going to look into dry sift, and hash making the rest. Just got burnt out.

I see you are into composting. You’ll have some big plants. Bugs, pests, and storms are going to be your biggest threats. And hopefully no disease comes your way.

And then there’s the closer proximity to each other and super el nino. I’ll spray with neem oil and others and hope (if you’ve tricks for this, please do explain).!

Also forgot to mention, white widow are near. This is reason enough to loose sleep over!

I’m a little concerned about how big they’re going to get… They’re in 3x3 raised beds w/ living soil amended with homemade compost and chicken manure. Once we hit flowering, they’ll be fed w/ a potassium rich compost tea weekly. View attachment 2640536View attachment 2640536View attachment 2640536

Not sure your location on the globe but our overnight temps becoming acceptable on Saturday. Plants going in the ground Friday night. There’s going to be some monsters and am concerned since my soil blows them up and they should have been further apart (yep, circulation). Then there’s sticking out there in view (secure enough but well…). Love to death your grow area!

In ground outdoors.... topped & LST
8' +/-
Left to God's hands... depends on the strain, food, water, and duration of sunlight. After trying both last year, the yeilds were close to equal of each other, but the buds were much better from the topped plant.

It's all on how u feel about ladder's

You’re not going to have to “Give me back my bullets” cause I’m going to be sweat’n ‘em. Well, hopefully not really. I usually have 7’ tomato plants (there this year too) in front and around them which will be trimmed to accommodate. The real thing is not calculating from the beginning seed popping (newbie) the end proximity to each other. Air circulation might be a real concern. Everything will evolve around that and is where the real sweat’n will be! But big thank you for confirming and info. Great brothers here! Have experience with Scrogging?

Hey guys. I’m less than a week away from popping beans for my full season outdoor grow here in Colorado. I’m a rec grower doing my first season outdoor with about 1200 seeds mostly full photoperiod and some exciting autos so I can pull in some revenue mid season. I’m about to pop beans inside an insulated shipping container and going full outdoor inground mid June with plans to add shade cloth hoop houses by pre flower so I don’t get sunburnt buds at 7500 feet of elevation. I’m also running a head to head trial of Athena Proline nutrients against Grow More Mendocino line nutrients. 50 pineapple glue vs 50 pineapple glue. Anyone have any tips or suggestions that I might want to be aware of with my nutrients and hand watering with them?

I lived in CO once a time ago and I know it's very arid so plants will transpire more water so you will need to lower concentrations of nutrients. Good Luck

Would have for sure but mine are raised beds w/14” deep soft heavily doctored compost mix. Garden is approx 15X15. And luckily there’s morning shade.
