And then there’s the closer proximity to each other and super el nino. I’ll spray with neem oil and others and hope (if you’ve tricks for this, please do explain).!

I use neem oil early on then nothing. If powdery mildew comes along I alternate spraying with milk, and next a hydrogen peroxide solution.
For the storms, I’ve wrapped my plant in a spiral of rope, but the last two years I’ve been driving a 10 foot rebar into the ground and then sliding a 10 foot piece of 2 inch PVC over it, securing the plant as needed.
Now you know all my secrets, .
Most of what I know came from following growers here on the farm.

You’re not going to have to “Give me back my bullets” cause I’m going to be sweat’n ‘em. Well, hopefully not really. I usually have 7’ tomato plants (there this year too) in front and around them which will be trimmed to accommodate. The real thing is not calculating from the beginning seed popping (newbie) the end proximity to each other. Air circulation might be a real concern. Everything will evolve around that and is where the real sweat’n will be! But big thank you for confirming and info. Great brothers here! Have experience with Scrogging?

I cage my plants, and weave the branches thru the openings. I've had no breakages due to heavy buds, rains, or high winds.

Thank you! My thing won’t be so severe in wind but the closer proximity of plants and rain during flower might be killers. Of course I’ll try to cover and later shake off water. Learning about all those ingredients never having to use them on monster tomato plants though.

I try to space mine 10 feet apart but sometimes I get about 7’ in some spots, it works pretty good. I tried more plants in my patch, but that was miserable and crowded. Back when I didn’t know they grew so big

Left to God's hands... depends on the strain, food, water, and duration of sunlight. After trying both last year, the yeilds were close to equal of each other, but the buds were much better from the topped plant.

Keep the centers of your plants thinned out as well as the bottom third of the plant and this will help with air circulation

These Kentucky wonders usually do. Last year they were sold out.. everywhere. So I ran some blue lake crap. But it's more to hide my grow from being seen from the Rd, than eat. I give most of them away.

Not really knowing how big is very pertinent to my situation having been described only as very tall. I had no real idea what that meant. It’s going to be interesting, fun and nerve wracking. But you’ve been great. I thank you!

That’s great advice and help. Things I can remind myself and keep track of. Thank you. Taking that to heart.

You'll be able to take care of your plant with climbing Everest. Will add convenience and save time.
Plant'll breath better. Imagine vineyards and olive groves. Pretty easy to start, cheap too. Net, chicken wire, stakes, whatever's simple. I like to table & start the plant at the head. Any st will start it toward the center of the table. Start to run outta room, extend the table or add "chairs" kinda like a cat climb, whatever. Do a side by side just for an , a journal. What do you gotta lose? 2¢,
