Me too. Never ran one before. Acts like it's gonna be a monster. It hasn't slowed down hardly at all, not when I topped it or transplanted it. I think I might top it once more. Plenty of time to do so.Real curious how those cdhp gonna turn out. Looking good.
It might be the foil. Youngins do best with diffused light.I’m a beginner and I’m having a big issue here can anyone help
That line is running the whole country. We're expecting it to hit around midnight to 2am.Blowing and a going “boom boom let’s hear it….out go the lights.”View attachment 2643651

Yep, looks like she's flowering.Loved that area in visit and looked at real estate. Man, hope y’all will be good!
May I please ask for your expertise? Please view pics and see what you think. Are these flowers? Just showing fem? Or beginning of flower, Northern Lights auto 8 weeks from seed, sprout & plant. One three feet others smaller. I’d rather they’d wait but they’re autos. Thank you!
It’s all good just some limbs down and power came back around 6:45.Loved that area in visit and looked at real estate. Man, hope y’all will be good!

Had to go pick up all the plants the wind and rain pounded. But other than a couple limbs downed nothing damaged. That line is running the whole country. We're expecting it to hit around midnight to 2am.
Plants need a good soaking,
Weather man lied... again. I need a job I can fuck up and still get paid.Had to go pick up all the plants the wind and rain pounded. But other than a couple limbs downed nothing damaged.
Be safe.
They'll be fine, as long as it warms back up come morning. Watch for frost at sunrise, possibly just brief.Got colder than expected and went down to 33°f last night.
No damage but some of the bigger fan were hanging droopy.

I wasn’t here then but what a dilemma! Tough for you I’m sure.I'm sure nobody here remembers me and my epic failures last year, but HELLO all :)
Quick question. I'm dealing with cloudy and rainy weather in Ohio right when all three of these sprouted. I'm keeping my big bud inside under light and I think it will be ok for now, but my Autos... at this stage, are they good to sit outside in 70f and cloudy or will they die without sun?
True for sure. I’m loving the difference out of tent too! Now misting with neem and reading about lost coast. Sure I’m going to try that too. A bit expensive due to processing I assume.I'm moving pots inside and out now. They get the sun and get acclimatized during the day and stay out of cold at night. There are a couple close to freezing days left then we should be good to go.
It's fun to watch the plants growth take off when they hit real sun. Deep green, praying, and generally healthy looking at this time of year.
They don't care about seeing the sun, they need the light the sun makes and there is still light, just not intense. It may slow them down and with autos that likely will impact ending size and yield. As will large swings in temps.I'm sure nobody here remembers me and my epic failures last year, but HELLO all :)

Ok, thanks for that, and I'll keep it in mind. I have my big bud seedling under my light in a half-gallon-sized container, which I plan to transfer into 7 gal pot outside eventually. This leaves me no room for the two 5 gal pots with the autos, and since started the seeds outdoors in those pots, I was hoping for stable weather to get them going. I guess all I can do it keep them outdoors and hope for sun. They don't care about seeing the sun, they need the light the sun makes and there is still light, just not intense. If you can, keep them under supplemental light until it passes. And higher temps all day.
Or be like me a cheap old bastard and just accept it for what it is and get what you get because you don't want to give more money to the electric company. But I may have to as well.
Do you have a light you can hang over them outside?Ok, thanks for that, and I'll keep it in mind. So they haven't erupted? Then you don't have to sweat the lights yet.Watering seems to be my nemesis normally, can I ask how much water you'd give each of those autos in 5 gal pots? I've been going with 1/2 cup in a circles a few inches out from the seed spot.
The only "grow" light I have is currently in my closet over the big bud, but I have other lights. I assume you mean an actual grow light of some type? I suppose I could purchase one big enough for my two 5 gal autos.Do you have a light you can hang over them outside?

Watering sounds about right. But everyone has they're own way. Main thing is don't let em dry up. But don't drown the little buggers either. I'll water these now about 2" from their stems since they've come up.View attachment 2643956
These are two Cannacheese 1:1 Autos just erupted yesterday and overnight. I will bring a light up here for them as I want a strong foothold this first week or two so adding more light (lower intensity) will help. But still outdoors. Albeit on my porch grow area. I up the intensity as they age with natural sunlight, hopefully by the time they can take it.
Don't assume that. I presoaked the soil before dropping the beans in. They came up so fast it hasn't dried. The only "grow" light I have is currently in my closet over the big bud, but I have other lights. I assume you mean an actual grow light of some type? If I'm judging by the look of your soil, I think I may be watering too little.
My light is on the low end of the spectrum so far as they go, but has been sufficient for 6 solo cups to make it through seedling and early veg...last year. Do you think just packing my 5 gal pots in there with my big bug F would help them at all?
If by saying erupted you mean sprouted, then yes mine have, yesterday (day4).
