I also think they're not ready yet. A better view would be helpful.
The best way to tell is by looking at the trichomes on the buds with a magnifier. I use a 15x jeweler's loupe or a digital microscope. The trichomes go from being clear, to cloudy and finally to amber colored. If they're clear, it's too soon to harvest. The ratio of cloudy trichomes to amber trichomes tends to indicate the type of experience the buds will provide. Cloudy trichomes will provide an energetic high and amber trichomes will provide a relaxed one. That's just a guide, though, because strains vary in this regard.
These are outdoors? May I ask what general area you're in? And are there any artificial lights around that would interfere with nighttime? I know they're autos but they do look a little leafy.
