27 days after switching to 12/12

Is this normal for almost a month of flower? I feel like the buds should be bigger. PH 6 to 6.5. I have a chart for the nutrients. I veg the plants for 5 weeks before switching. I use flora nova nutrients in soil. 68 to 75 degrees, 40 to 50 percent humidity. I trimmed some fan leaves off about a week ago. This my first grow so if there's any questions I can answer I'm happy to. Just want to know if I'm on the right track here.

Looks more like 4 weeks from 12/12. Be patient, they look nice.
