Here’s a quick video of the light in building for my feminized seed production tent. It’s two 132qb and a single 120qb (just some extras I had sitting around). I had a spare shelf so I simply used it as the frame, have a little wiring left and should be ready to go.
Super sweet bro. I love the way you threw it together. Easy peasy and with be a top of the line light. That should def. blow out a 2x4 I know you’ll have fat nugs filled with seeds wall to wall with that ppfd coverage
I need to be playing with lights so much I just have boards laying around. shit drivers, and heatsinks, and well ......probably all the shit you got. Lol. I’m definitely a diy light builder after I built my first one and see the difference in quality and price from light on the market. I spent 400 building a light here that would have been $1800+ from a retailer.
Finished wiring it up. Looks pretty good. I’m playing with the spectrum a bit, running 5000k 120qb in the middle and two 2700k on the outside. Hoping they help with fem seed production..... time will tell
Just doing some initial testing now. Looks good, with room temp of 72.9 and internal tent temp of 74.2.
Hey @Mr jujitsu I'v got a wee problem concerning led.im looking into getting a couple of Led to replace some of my 600w hps but I don't know much about Led at all and the jargon used.
I was looking at some hlg 260 v2 but before I can order it's got options.one that really threw me was "rspec" do u or anyone reading this know what that means and would a couple of these hlg 260 v2 replace a 600w hps?
I'v got a pic of what I was looking at.
Any help or insight would be hugely appreciated.I hope u don't mind me asking on your thread.

Well I'm going to be useing a 1x3x2 tent but I'm only planning to use the hlg260 (Going to get 2) over 1 square meter.
Was also thinking I may just bite the bullet and go for the 550.I think the saving on electricity alone would be worth it as the hps lights are killing me with the electric bills.
What do you think?

Personally I would do all qb132 boards with mixed spectrum ( like variety of boards) and then throw some red strips. My current flower tent light cost me like 685$ to build. It has 9 132, with displays and dimmers, 4 red strips. I don’t think you can beat this set up for the money
