3.5x3.5 - 1000 Watt Dimmable

Thinking about doing this, as for right this second this space is what I have to work with. Ballast is dimmable, hood is air cooled, going to run it @ 750 in a scrog...

Any issues from anyone that has done this size, or close to it with a 1000 watter?

I know it's going to be on the warmer side & a lot of light, but that's not necessarily a bad thing...I don't think.

IMO... Space is too small even at 750. If thats all you got to work with then go for it...its plenty of light.

Well, I could go bigger, technically. It would just require me telling the wife to move her tanning bed...which would ultimately fall back on me & it was a bitch to get in there lol.

Do you run a 1k?

No journal... I have a perpetual grow. Harvest 8 plants per week. Flip 8 plants per week. I stay on schedule with exactly 9 weeks in the bloom chamber. I have 1-1000 wattDE gavita, 1-600 watt Nanolux and 3-132watt leds. Im in Happy Frog soil 3gal pots. i move my plants toward the center of the lights then away. They start under the leds and by the 4th 5th week theyre under the hps. by the last 2 weeks theyre leaning on the walls to stay upright.
Im yeilding about 10z per week now.

Quite the height on those girls, it seems. What strains are you running in there? My guess is that you're in a legal state, too lol.

I plan on starting using this light for my two I've got flowering right now, and then after filling a scrog with grape og & blue cheese, and I figured with the space I have right now a 1k wouldn't hurt.

Nice looking setup, why not just 2 DE Gavitas, I have to ask?

What im doing is completely illegal. I started out with 5x6 chamber and 1-1000watt magnetic ballast about a year ago and expanded to where i am now.

Pretty much everything i have is one strain, Liberty Haze and all from one seed. Had some Dinafem White widow, but i scrapped that because it wasnt nearly as good as Liberty Haze. No point in growing inferior schwag. i Have a few strains coming tho. Red Cherry Berry and Dutch Passion Blueberry. Also have an accidental Cross between Liberty haze and afginica male. Thats a nice strain and a have a few cuts, but no seeds.

I also have a 400watt 3x5 veg chamber.
