It's been 9 days nothing popped .

Next Step:

Soak in warm water.

The 4 that where in soil dropped to bottom, the ones floating i added should drop after soak.

They may of got too hot being in foil tray and sitting on top of that lamp. 24hr soak, then i place them into a papertowel that's damp and that goes into a baggy. Mine will crack and grow a tail within 48hrs sometimes it can take 3days.

77º F is said to be optimal for sprouting seeds. 85º F is about the maximum. I recently had 3 duds out of 5. Then I used a tent controller to set the temperature and 3 of 3 sprouted. I suspect the first batch was too cold. That said, there are many ideas about sprouting seeds. I added some hydrogen peroxide to the second set of seeds, so that might have helped. I think it softens the shells as well as kills infections. (The mix ratio I used was 1 part H2O2 to 4 parts H2O.)

Hydrogen peroxide at 1% greatly increases seed germination success rate.if you soak the seed for 24hrs in hydrogen peroxide diluted down to 1% with distilled water, check on them after 15 hrs and any floater lightly tap them down to sink. Keeping the seed at 76°f. then after the 24 hours you bring the water level down to a damp warm saturation with fresh 1%peroxide mix. Within the 2nd to 4th day you should have all the seeds sprouting. If you want a simple way of this, the cannakan will have product in stock soon

Yeah it was pretty warm soil.

This seed that popped is a Quickz.

Glad they are sprouting, I have my seeds pop within 24-30 hours avg using hydrogen peroxide at 1% diluted by distilled water with a heating pad at about 76°f. But I also use a cannakan. Within the 48-72hrs usually they are sprouted to two inch tap roots, and ready for planting

Yeah me to, only had 3% hydrogen peroxide, just poured a little in the bottle shake it up and put behind flat screen TV heat is great.

What temp is it in there? Lamps can be pretty warm but I do see the oven mit.

Yeah, just a nice cool feel not hot , oven mit hot to touch on bulb side not hot enough to remove fingers.

I did pop some vent holes (forgot) on top of dome, not raining inside now, , container cooler now.

They haven't popped open yet. I used more hydrogen peroxide and warm water and actually press so hard ur thumb not to hard on seed to hear feel a crack.
Let's see if they pop a tap, haha pop s tap.
I found a new germination spot.

And the verdict is in , LADIES AND GENTLEMEN ! over here in the Quickz corner we have contestants
1 shorty and 2 tally.
We are still waiting for the Bubba Kush corner to pop up.

I had to help the bubba kush seeds by digging in to un cover the top or they would off not pop they sunk in a little.
The 2 that did pop i removed the seed shell that was stuck on plant and wrapped more soil around stem.

Off on a good start.
