4 weeks in, and finding a few of these... mostly under the canopy.
Just using store bought soil and ppm last time I checked was over 2k, but, I'm good with that... I will check next watering.
pH is around 6.8 via some soil reader, so... not the best, but,
What does she need?
Cannabis likes a bit more P and K, and around week 4 of flower they can act a little cranky. The rest of the leaves are dark green so I think you are fine on Nitrogen. Any bloom fertilizer should work.
I would also do some defoliating to get some airflow around those buds.

Agree with GanjaFarmer24 on the defoliation. Get some airflow going through there. I've been trying out reducing the calcium feed to near zero after about 3-4 weeks into flower. Have been reading up that the cannabis plant has all it needs after about 4 weeks time. I do continue to add pure liquid bone meal mixed in which they seem to love. Reduce the Cal and up the P & K a bit for a week or so and see.
