my last plant, Blue Dream was only 6.5” tall when I flipped her.

The bigger it gets during vegging, the more/larger your harvest will be. I personally would let it grow considerably larger if you have the room overhead. I like to vegg between 8-10 weeks, but I also grow them a lot taller than most, getting to 7 ft tall indoors. There isn't any rules when it comes to flipping... if you have the room, keep it vegging, just keep in mind the additional height needs during the stretch and strain... sativas keep growing a little during flowering, Indica strains stay about the same after the stretch.

My BD grew from 6.5” to 39.5” in 2.5 weeks of flower. That one grew naturally so no training. And I ran out of room. My tent is 2x4 and 60” tall.

if I wait a week to flip you think ill run out of room I dont really have much height to work with so I guess i should flip soon im just waiting on a fan for my cabinet so I can move my other seedling to the cab before I flip to 12/12. I have a total of about 45 inches from the trellis and my light says 22 inches when flowering lights 2 and a half so basically only get 20 and a half inches unless I push the trellis down

If your aim is to fill the scrog, then you need to veg at least another two weeks. Or move it over and grow some thing next to it and let it flower.

Ok thats kind of what I thought I read 70 percent of the tent im at 16 wide so another 9 inches basically

I've grown 8 Ball Kush it's one of my favorite strains, it's a short plant, mine were all under 4 feet when they finish probably closer to 3 - 3.5' I don't recall exactly but they're not a tall plant, enjoy!

Yea im gunna wait at least another week i have 3 feet by 2 feet by 5 and a half tall so I guess i shouldn't fill the tent right up and is actually 38 days 42 from when I planted so ya still young doing well tho was stressed at first this being my first time but not so bad anymore
