only one in the room that looks like this. whats the problem here?

what strain is it? an is it different a different strain to all the others in the room?
 
im pretty sure its a different strain but have no clue what it is, maybe its almost done already?
 
Sure looks like they're saying, "It's fall in the autumn" to me. Nothing abnormal about that kind of coloration, just an end-of-run sort of thing. Is strain dependent.

Six weeks, but still, there is another week or two of growth that he might be missing out of if he started too early.

I don't know if I would do that just yet. You could be missing out on some serious bud fattening if you start flush too early, tempting as it may be. I'd check trichs and bud development as well in order to make that decision. If you're growing organically that flush period and need is greatly reduced.
