Forget cap, powerbox, titan, etc, all garbage. Get a Siemens EQL4100, some breakers, a 12"x6"x4" nema enclosure, 120V receptacles, 4 x 20A 2 pole contactors, etc. Now you have a 8 ballasts controller with individual breaker protection per ballasts.
