yeah most of those moms are getting tossed... old and got too tall.

actually just checked it out! man that would of saved me some thinking time!!! got some more ideas though thanks shady!!! he's running a lot less plants than i but still getting it to really fill out... im gonna try to get away with a one week veg...

so i have 11 more lights. i have 80 amps dedicated for flower lights. what should i do? flip and run 8on8off? 16 flower lights total...

or do you think i can get away with running 14 off of 80 amps @ 220? =] if so i would just move the wall over another 6 or 7' and make another row of beds with a light added onto the the rows not next to the door and res...

i might end up just getting a electrician to come out and set me one of those 24 light controllers... idk though kinda slow at the club passed two months (obviously w/ harvest season) and we are trying to get up and running without hitting our bank too hard...

any suggestions? i want to put two more lights in my mom room. which would be six total. leaving 19 for flowering. if i get the 24 light controller ill stuff all 19 lights in there. as is ill have to get a flip controller to run the 8/8 setup, i only have a 8 light controller and a six light controller, the six light is going in the mom room.

anyone have experiences with these units?

Hey jake sorry I cant answer your question. I was wondering how big is your main electrical breaker. I only have a 100amp. Just curious to see how far you can go in residential. Your op is in a garage of a home correct.

the house has a 200 amp service. i think you can run like 10+ lights at a time with 100 total amps. you must be in a old house to only have a 100 amp service. it still has 220 right? like you can hook up a dryer and stuff right?

Ya my house is old but I have a new service. Right now I'm running 4 1000wt off 30amps of 240 and 3 600s on 120 plus 2 4ft 8bulb t5s. 2 humidifiers, 1 dehumidifier, 2 6in inlines, 1 8in inline,6 recirc fans. plus the rest of my house. No problems yet. I did run all new wiring for my op. Thanks for the reply. 200 amps would be nice. I have a piece of property I will be building on next summer deff. going with 200 amp service. I'l be watching your explosion cool shit.

at 240, those ballasts are running around 5 amps each. Thats around 70 amps. Do you have 100A or 80A? You know the 80% rule right? so 80A is fine if you actually have 100A.

Instead of one large flower room, I would go with two.

That Cap with the dual triggers seems like it would work great. There is talk of the outlets but as long as you know they are 240, there are no issues

and i lied, my house only has 100 amp service... lol

im really new to electrical, i mean im very mechanically inclined so i know i can do it, i just didnt really know what i was looking at. spending about 12 hours online learning about electrical shit, im kinda starting to know what im looking at now. after looking at a picture of the inside of a MLC box, then looking at how our electrician wired our last grow rooms i was like ahhhhh i can do this and save some money hopefully.

Look at those lovely beds! Just a bit curious though... They seem a bit dry and a few girls appear to be limp. Just wondering how often you water them and how strong the nutrient solution is, as I'm very interested in trying a bed grow in the near future... :cool

i have only watered the once after i transplanted, the beds are still real wet just below the surface. it was about 5 days now. and i only gave them roots excel, there is plenty of fresh nutes in new soil. ill water again next then start water/water/feeding from then on out. using cutting edge full line and some additives, such as silica, nitrozyme, hygrozyme, roots excel, and a couple others here and there.

and the plants looking really droopy are the pure kush's they have always been kinda droopy on me. also these pictures were taken after a foliar feed.
