You would have to do some very serious drastic measures in veg to get a plant to herm in flower. Or if you start with weak genetics, that can also lead to hermies.

Didn't mention at the start this is a stealth grow, sometimes I can't open it for smell issues. Sometimes miss watering because of this

I bet you could get a small pump and a feeder ring and line real cheap. You could do an automated feed. Run the line through the wall of your grow and now you can water without opening it up.
