I have the AC infinity plus AI controller and I can't for the life of me figure out how the dual zone is set up because after initially setting up I can't find any way that works according to the instructions.

I've been using it for a year, but now it's the winter season here and the humidity is super low. I want to be able to run an outlet to turn on a basic humidifier outside the tent but can't seem to find a way.

The programming on these devices is very convoluted and not very logical to how my brain works. I have figured 99.9% of it out already, just stuck on this dual zone option confusion.
Google searches and the manual have been zero help. What am I missing? Do I need to program from a factory reset?

Are you trying to set up this.

I use an older single outlet controler on a 69 pro

I certainly hope not.

I like AC Infinity equipment, but I don't like their documentation. It's a running complaint of mine. I suspect their documentation is written by their marketing department. I looked in the manual online and all it had was instructions to install the phone app. I also did a Google search and didn't find an answer.

I'm not sure there is a way. From what I've seen so far, the controller only supports monitoring.

I use the Controller 69 models. To control the environment in my lung room, I use a separate controller. It's an old Inkbird model I've had for years that still works like it was brand new. I'll soon replace the Inkbird with a new Controller 69+ that was on sale. That way, I'll be able to control more devices. I currently have a heater, filtration fan, and an exhaust fan. I have individual humidifiers in my tents so I can run the tents at different humidity levels.

Thanks for the input, an AI search came up with multiple versions of the same info. Some say yes it can be done, some say it can't. I'm suspicious that you have to actually plug in a second sensor versus using the main builtin as 2nd sensor.

Maybe someone will chip in on that.

Worst case I may just go old-school with a humidistat and a 24volt relay.

Yes, that's the general idea, 2 grow tents, one controller, but can't seem to see how to make it control each environment separately. Instructions lead you to believe it can be done, but the steps make no sense and don't match what you see on the menus.
