I've dealt with them a lot, I know their equipment well. Never let me down yet, best in the industry IMO.
It said the giveaway eneded, did not say when the winners would be announced. My guess would be Monday.
If you've been around here for giveaways you would know it takes a few days for them to pic winners because they're running a business and other giveaways/social media accounts.

If you've been around here for giveaways you would know it takes a few days for them to pick winners because they're running a business and other giveaways/social media accounts.
Leaves a bad taste in my mouth when someone wants to talk crap at a company they know nothing about that is giving away $400+ in equipment. Not to mention the thousands they giveaway through out the year.
I talk to customer service because I like specs such as fan rpm at certain speeds.if your having to deal with them a lot thats really not a good thing lol

Also had them on the phone when I was learning the Controller 69, they walked me through it all.
I've only had 1 lighting adapter replaced. Everything else of mine is original.
Still using the gen 1 fans they replaced with free gen 2s
I didn't know about the supporter or mod because I haven't won anything here.
I have emailed them with random dorky questions and they get right back to me no problem! Good point!either way if all of yawl don't stop bickering and complaining because they have not announced a winner yet , this could end up being the last contest they have here

The first round of AI+ Controllers are scheduled to be shipped to the preorder customers starting today.
I'm sure there's tons of preorders they're filling right now.
Plus within a week, we should see some growers starting to use these AI Controllers so we will start seeing what they're all about!

oh ac infinity has great customer service , i just talked to them the other about a 4 year old controller 67 i had that did not have the cycle mode and they answered my question with no problems then to only find out it was not a controller 67 but a 592 something other lolHow's the customer service?
