Would you recommend changing my nutrient line? And would you be able to recommend a line that doesn’t run into many issues.
Being a novice at this any help is greatly appreciated

Im not from the US so we dont really have the same nutes available here. The one that I always recommend if youre willing to spend a little more is Advanced Nutrients which is one of the few from the US that we have here and its really, really good and noob proof if you follow the instructions. As for a cheaper alternative in the US, no idea sorry.

Thank you for that information. I’ve taken extra precautions. For an example using specific syringes for A and B. Mixing thoroughly prior to adding B.
One thing I didn’t do is PH after a+b. I would normally add all the additives and then PH balance. Could that be what’s causing the issue?

And no it’s 15ml per gallon of water. Each plant is currently using 6L of water

No, youre doing it fine, ph up or down always comes last when you added everything. Is that the recommended dosage? 15ml of each bottle per gallon? Seems like a lot to me and would explain why your runoff was so acidic despite you adding water phed at 11. You do it only once a week right?

I’m going to attach the feeding schedule I’m using. It only has 2 weeks of veg and the rest are flowering. I’ve been vegging for about a month now

You should stick to the veg dosage, that chart is probably for autos otherwise I dont know why would it only have 2 weeks of veg. Once you start seeing the pistils you can start the bloom dosage from week 1.

that’s the thing. I was using the veg dose and that’s when the issues arose. Yesterday is when I fed them was the first time I used 15ml of an and b per gallon of water.

I’m vegging them longer as I’m training them

Also I’ve not been able to find a longer feed schedule for the veg phase. All of house and garden schedules only do 2 weeks of veg

You can get Advanced Nutrients there but I would use what you already have first, specially if you bought the entire chart and not only the base nutes. If you still want to change and discard those, I would recommend the iguana juice chart from advanced nutrients. If you wanna go cheaper go with sensi grow/bloom or conoisseur, both help with ph aswell.

That chart is a mindfuck to me, Ive had autos with longer than 2 week veg periods so I dont really know if they intend you to use that dosage wether its flowering or not. Best thing you can do right now is monitor the new growth with the new dosage, if the new leaves come healthy green stick to the table. Its a mistery to me how following the dosage and using a substrate like light mix from biobizz youre having problems to be honest. If I were you and I had the money I would swap nutes, because the soil youre using is very straight forward, just peat, perlite, a bit of castings and low npk. Did you buy all the products in the chart?

Haha tell me about it! Yeah I’ve bought all of the nutrients and additives such as the roots excell, bud xl, amino, multi Zyme. Pretty much everything they f***ing sell. I’m just as bewildered as you. I’ve tried absolutely everything to make this right and nothing.

What would you recommend nutrient wise? That’s available in the UK. Most people here use canna but I’ve never been impressed with the buds. Kinda suck..

If I were you I would buy iguana juice grow and bloom, ancient earth and use them as the AN chart says, then use the additives you already have with their chart but with the dosage for veg until it shows pistils then start at week 1 of the flowering chart when you see pistils. If you wanna swap entirely then go with the rest of additives in the advanced nutrients chart for iguana juice. If someone else has any idea so he doesnt have to spend more money... this is something that needs to be solved asap since the yellow leaves will never be fully green again.

Its pretty difficult to overfertilize with epsom salts so it doesnt hurt to add a couple of spoons per plant. Epsom salts will also rebalance your nutes and wash away accumulated salts.

I’ve purchased dolomite lime.. I’m guessing Epson salts work faster?

It’s confusing because I don’t know if it’s me not using enough nutrients or by having low ph run off?

This is my first grow. I will be honest I’ve been left more confused than ever.

So what is the suggestion to fix this issue? I’ve done everything in my power to try and manage the ph of the water and am coming at a complete loss

Have you tried a soil slurry test with distilled or RO water? Or do you have a soil ph tester?

Dolomite lime is calcium and magnessium with slow release, epsom salts are water soluble aka fast release and its magnessium and sulfur. Dolomite lime doesnt help you to rebalance nutes or wash away salts but it stabilizes ph. Dolomite lime is best mixed with the soil, top dressing with it is not as effective.
