I've switched to Masterblend Fert with cal/nit and Epsom salts.

Working great and cheaper by a massive amount.

This is on 2.2ec at the moment but can go up to 2.4.

I honestly think nutes are only expensive if you’re wasting them. I will without a doubt flip my 4x8 at least 5 times packed off a 1 liter trio of 3 part ph perfect. So 5 4x8 full of bud for less than $50 in nutes. I’m in flower only feeding 1 ml per l. And that’s maybe twice a week. a n 3 part I used bud blood 1 time in week 1. That was leftover from a 250 ml bottle from 2 grows ago. Nutes are all single pennies on the dollar if your not wasting them.

if you are hydro go Jack's 3-2-1. 150 bucks will last you 2 years at least depending on how many gallons you run.

The bigger joke is if you are using liquid nutes in the first place. Paying a nice markup for shipping and bottling water.

I decided to try out Advanced Nutrients 3-part PH Perfect this time. I was impressed that not only does it maintain ph but it allows the absorption of nutrients in a wide range of ph values as well.

I am very happy with the PH balancing effect and has worked as advertised. At first I went with a very low dose like with other nutes. Unfortunately I ended up with a shit load of deficiencies because of this. I believe that because it's meant for cannabis unlike most other nutrients it's also meant to be used at full strength?

Little did I understand that at full strength you're using half of a bottle which is a full litter! You're supposed to use 4ml per liter which for 30 gallons is 480ml. That comes out to half a bottle and you're supposed to change it weekly. That is some seriously crazy expensive shit. That comes out to 25 bucks every two weeks. Am I missing something here or is this ad crazy as it seem?

For anyone using Advanced Nutrients 3-part ph perfect. Have you tried changing your solution on a monthly basis? If you have attempted this did you have a positive outcome. I know many people who do this with other nutes but they are all different.

believe the ph perfect nutrient line balance is 5.8 PH use for many years (3) no issues have use their Bud candy, Factor X,cal-mag, rhino skin, big bud, bud ignator, carb load, bud blood and b-52 and their 3 part but then found Humbolts County Own way better terpene and essential oil production that AN --- HCO is organic and yields seemed to increase also

Weird. The ph perfect line hold a steady 6.2 here. But that’s probably my tap water makes it higher.

I get great results off of General Hydroponics indoors, Botanicare outside. No fancy additives. Less than $100 a year (though I am a small grower).

That’s what I’m talking about. $100 a year good for small grower like me. Way I look at it is if people need to push gallons of nutes they either wasting them or pulling tens of pounds each flip. Therefore nute cost should be nothing.

I use 2/3 strength recommended strength nutes outside, and 3/4 strength inside. Inside, I don't change reservoir but about every 3 or 4 weeks. I get great yields. People overuse fertilizers too often, burning the shit out of their babies in the process. Overloving weed is the most common cause of failure, IMHO.

I agree. I’m in week 2 flower and plants have needed no more than 1ml per l of AN ph perfect. According to an feed chart I should be steady at 4ml per l. So I’m basically running 1/4 dosage all the way. Unless they show me they want more they ain’t getting it. N I’ll be cutting them back after week 7 so I can get good flush week 9. I’ll make a 1 liter trio last 5 flowering’s in a 4x8. And plants are beasts for 7-1/2 weeks from seed popping.

Here’s one of the underfertilized ladies. Now I did set that soil up with tons of microbes and really good drainage. Bone dry daily in 5 gals .about 8 weeks total from seed cracking flipped at week 6 this is also a wildcard kinda cross but none of the strains suffering at 1ml

put all the building blocks in the soil at the beginning so you only need water for the rest of the grow!

How big do they need to get? Those are eight foot stakes. Thats with about a 2/3 strength botanicare mix, once a week. Nothing more.

Usually, light is the limiting factor, even in those girls in the picture, who only got eight hours a day of direct light. Until you're sporting 800-1000 PAR, pumping nutes is a waste of money.

How true that is !!!- nutrient companies have everyone believe-ing that they have the "secret sauce" We all know that genetic's is the answer. don't get me wrong nutrients can bring out the best of the genetic's much money is spent until the grower understand that "Less is Best" (takes at least 1yr + to get it -many be some never get "it" ! PEACE
