Advice on automated humidifier probe

Looking for advice on where to place the sensor with my AC Infinity humidifier. It has a wire that runs inside the tent with a sensor that keeps track of temp, humidity, and then calculates VPD.

I have it set to turn on the humidifier and keep the VPD where I set it automatically.

My question is where is the best place to put the sensor? Where do you keep yours? Above the canopy, inside the canopy, below it, off to the side...?

I position it near the crown. I try to keep it away from being directly affected by the humidifier or the heater.

Thank you. One of my worries about keeping it above the canopy is the effect of the fans on the reading. If the fans are blowing on the sensor, is the vpd reading accurate?
I may be overthinking it
