got 5 gavita pro 750w in 3m*3m lights are on 50% and its 29.2 c. what will I need to do to turn these badboys up full and control the temps Ive got Soler & Palau TD2000-315mm Silent and its turned up half way will this be sufficient to maintain temperature or do I need something else outside temps are around 15c.

You need...to exchange the air...IN....your rooooom....

You NEED an a.c.. no if and or butts about it. It amazes me ppl drop $$ on these bad add lights, but don't consider cooling them, or running costs.

I know I need to exchange the air I was running 5 600w lights with air cooled shades and heat was not a problem. Also not turned my extractor to the maximum if that fails I'll route the fresh air directly from outside in to the tent. Not wanting to get AC unless completely necessary. Saying that does any of you use AC?
