How can one be honest when trying to pursuade the mass amount of mixed views from Americans? They need to be as vague as possible....Anyone who completely stands for specifics is looked at as a radical....FINE example is Romney's plans for our economy. People hate Romney because of his confidence, his 'smirk' and his DETAILED plan to fix America's finicial problems....I'd love to here, IN DETAIL, Obama's plan. He stands for nothing and its evident when talking about MMJ.

Any vote for Romney or Obama puts the blame on YOU the voter. Therefore you will have no reason to bitch should "your man" take over the job.

Seriously... NOTHING is going to change (for the better) should either ass-plug take the spot.

So why try to act "patriotic" and vote? If anyone was truly "patriotic" they would adhere to the Constitution and follow it's specific plans on what to do to a tyrannical out-of-control government.

My state's electoral votes are def going to Obama, so doesn't matter who I vote for in that respect.

If it was strictly down to the candidate/platform, I would absolutely choose for Rocky Anderson. Of course he has no chance of winning, so this could be considered a wasted vote.

Now there is one other viable option for someone in my position, vote for Gary Johnson, even though I don't care for his entire platform, and certainly know he also won't win. Reason? If the Libertarian party secures at least 15% of the popular vote, 'election commission' rules require they be allowed into the debates (breaking the 30-year 2-party/no-choice non-debate streak, and potentially changing our political landscape from such nonsense).

The third choice seems the best and most practical use for my vote?

Caveat, I'm not suggesting this for anyone living in a swing state where your vote may actually determine the presidential result. But perhaps those of us who live in states where the colors are already filled in, might cast our votes instead for diversifying our future choices. If more candidates/parties get covered by mainstream media and in the televised debates, a wider spectrum of [real] issues are discussed and presented to the voting populace.

I really do not want to disrespect individual folks that choose to vote as I see how "religious" it seems to be for many americanos. I do hope that maybe people start to re-evaluate their thinking. I understand many people feel as though it is their mandatory obligation to participate in the voting process. Yes we all had that brainwashed into us now haven't we? But people need to understand "the process" like so many other things in this country (and other countries as well) have been undermined. Even the state "electoral" process is bogus. It's not even a fair count of individual votes now is it? But the bigger picture is acknowledging the fact that this "presidential position" is nothing more than a talking head, puppet position...and that one man does NOT have the sole power to do anything against the wishes of the real people in command. And the real commanders are the elite private bankers and corporate giants. This. Is. What. People. Need. To. Realize. The presidente' has no real power and neither does our senators and congress puppets as they have all been bought out a long time ago. And we have let this go on for how long?

Switching ass-plugs every 4 years has done nothing productive for this country in many, many years. Can anyone tell me what is going to change in THIS election? And at what point do things get so bad that voting for the lesser of two evils won't make any difference at all. Once things are so awful bad, it will no longer matter now will it?

But, at what point will people start to realize that the system isn't working? And how bad will it actually have to get before people start to take on responsibility, become pro-active and make the changes necessary. How bad? Tell me? I think the only thing that will piss people off enough to do something productive is when things get so completely fucked up and chaotic. And then it may be far too late.

Face it. The governing system in this country is totally fucked. It's terminal cancer. It's broke. And this applies to all government levels from local, state and fed. So tell me how is "voting" going to change anything? For every ass-plug you vote out (if votes actually count) there are 10 more ass-plugs ready to step into their place. They will lie their way into office with empty promises just to get your votes and then re-nig on those promises without any punishment. (sound like a few chumps we already know?)

Maybe we should stop voting and take care of ourselves. The main stumbling block I see is that too many people are nursing off government programs and rely COMPLETELY on those handouts. You see, these folks (and way too many) rely on Big Gov for their sole means of survival. When people choose to take handouts from the gov, they give power to the system. Avoiding their handouts takes away their power. Is that hard to understand?

When you decide to vote, try and ask yourself what is going to change. And if nothing changes as promised by that psuedo-hero you chose, what will you do? Continue to keep voting? ...again and again and again? When will it hit you that your vote doesn't count? Maybe not even in the actual voting numbers but any way you look at it, maybe your vote really doesn't count, does it? A perfect example is our ongoing wars. The last I read over 60% of americans opposed the wars. But yet we are still killing and torturing brown skinned people on a regular basis. Realize that our government is no longer a "voice of the people."We've been hi-jacked, folks. See the Light. Face the truth. Just wishing alone won't change a thing. Your votes don't count...and neither do your opinions.

Instead of voting..which is meaningless, why not try another avenue? Heaven knows this process we have hasn't worked in quite some time, now has it?

The American Dream is dead. Lets put that to rest and move on. Lets close the books and open some new ones and figure out a solution that works. Moving forward, what are you going to do to survive? Where will you live eat and protect yourself. Will we be warlike or peaceful. The thought of what is next is interesting and very real.

I think it would be easier once people start to understand who is actually behind the mess. In 1913, when the president still had some power, Woodrow "Sell-out" Wilson and Congress let the Federal Reserve System take over our currency and the printing of money. People need to understand this factual bit of information. The FRS is nothing more than a select-group of elite private bankers. They are not "federal" at all and much the same as Federal Express Delivery service or Federal Meats. The FRS is a ponzi scheme which issues out fraudulent money with no precious metal backings. They are even off-limits to audits. They print as much as like and loan it to the US and charge the taxpayers an interest on it. People who have the ability to print their own money can and will do whatever they want and fund anything to fit their needs or agenda. This is total control. It was a Rothschild (a banking elitist) who stated, "Let us control the money of a country and we care not who makes it's laws." People need to understand that our country has been destroyed from within, so to speak. Every problem we are now encountering in his country (and other countries as well) is a direct result from this private banking takeover which has complete and total control of our currency.

So, what would a person (or a small group of people) do with an unlimited money supply? Answer? Any fucking thing they wanted to do. So, think for a second. These private bankers (hiding under this FRS corporation) who run the show (behind the curtain of OZ) do not need money. They have all they need. If they run out, they just print off more.If they have agendas to full-fill they run off some more cashola and buy out anyone who gets in their way. If someone chooses not to co-operate with them, they simply kill them. This is very simply nothing more than high end Mafioso work at it's best. "Gang-banging-it" at the highest levels. Before I go further and lose anyone I'll stop here with the hopes that a few people will read this, think about it and digest things.<pause, think> OK then, this IS without a doubt the root to our problems if anyone can stomach the facts. In summary: What I am trying to divulge is that our problem is much deeper than "governmental". No "election" is going to make it all better. The problem stems from the creation of the FRS ponzi scheme and the private Banksters' that run it. And until we cut the head off the beast the rest of the actions will be fruitless. Before we can FIX the problem we have to FIND the problem. And once we FIND the problem then people have to accept it for what it is, admit they were duped and get the ball rolling. Educate the masses and things will finally fall into place. Time is becoming a factor though isn't it?

How will I survive, eat etc? I do not fear physical death. I have no real family although I like to think all humans, animals and all things are my relatives. If I leave this earth (physically) I won't be sadly missed. My fight is for our species to survive and not to only survive but to live a life surrounded with all the good things, live long and prosper....which basically is my idea of Heaven so to speak. My battles are for mankind as a whole and for this earth to be renewed. I will gladly give up my life to save this planet and the people on it and this is a part of my morning and nightly prayers. But not if it means people will become slaves. I was (in a sense) led to live up here on my land about 10 years ago. Looking back a lot of it was at a sub-conscious level and I just started doing things for no real reason or plan. But now things are starting to become clearer as each day passes. I can sustain living for quite a long time, that would be no problem for me. I have ammo, seeds and food storage. I have access to water and I have shelter and warmth. If its nukes, solar flares, asteroids or aliens, well then none of us will make it.

Will I fight? That depends on the situations. I won't really make those decisions until they are presented to me although I do run different situation through my head. Sometimes what you plan to do often turns out different so nothing is set in stone for me. I don't sit around and ponder how shitty everything could go. And even if the shit does hit the fan, this too will end. It will pass, be over and new things will emerge. So I like to look down the road and keep the idea close to my heart that out of all bad things that may happen it always turns into good things. Simple.

The only thing I focus on is staying positive. I surround myself with good friends and I enjoy helping others...people, animals etc. I think Love is the answer. I believe Good defeats evil always. I think educating people is key. We are facing interesting times, historical to say the least...and most of us will witness the outcome. Hell, who knows...I may just choose to crawl up on a high rock, lay in the sun and die there with a big-ass smile on face. Until then I will celebrate each day, help others and expect nothing in return. And I will pick my battles wisely, should they present themselves to me.

Power is in numbers. People have the power. We are all like chained baby elephants who have no idea that the tiny rope that binds us is nothing to overcome. If we unite, we could make the changes needed. And if not, we will most likely meet our Maker. And any ones that survive would have wished that had met their Maker. I am just an observer now yet ready to kick into gear at any time. I have prepared myself the best I can. I am excited for the future. I enjoy focusing on a world of peaceful people, filled with hope and love, void of hunger and wars. I have visions for a total purification of this Earth Mother that I reside on. A new place where the waters and air are clean and a place where Freedom rings it's bells from ocean to ocean. Am I asking too much? :)

Did you ever compare Syria's military to the US? How about Iraq's military compared to the US? Iran's? Afghanis military? if we are truly "at war" with these countries, don't people think about things and wonder why the US doesn't just wipe these countries off the face of the earth? It's really no match when you compare military power now is it? In fact, it's almost sickly comical. These are ruthless endless wars with no real intention to be over. The War Machine is a business which produces enormous profits for the select few.

I'd like to believe that the solution is to terminate the bankers role in running this country, disassemble the current government and then re-structure it back to the ways that this country was founded on, the basic constitutional principles. I'd like to see this country restored back to a Republic and eradicate the mob-mentality of our current corrupted form of Democracy.

As far as us being open to attack? Maybe if we stopped invading their countries, killing civilians and building US military bases on their soil, we would no longer be a target. Other countries hate us because we have 120 military bases all over the world planted on their soil. I wonder how Americans would feel if China started building a military base in Tampa, Florida? Or how about the Russians setting up a large military air-strip in Colorado, complete with Russian soldiers?

Unfortunately I think thats all to true. It's happening already, can't read the news without a shooting going on in multiple parts of the country on any given day. This county is headed downhill like a snowball headed for hell. And I don't want to be anywhere around when it melts down. Anarchy will rule and we are all going to have to learn to speak Chinese. Obama wants to spend our way to hell and Romney wants to pad the rich. I just want to hide.

Regardless if we have enemies or not, if this country looks weak great powers like Russia or China will move in for the kill and if we were to 'breakdown' the system I dont think Americans are organized or motivated enough to rebuild. Let me go off in this direction, maybe this may help. Science has made great advances in technology and that certainly counts as good. But we should also realize the truth of this saying:

A person who is poor to the bitter extreme of poverty can suddenly strike it rich, while rich people can lose every penny overnight. Once born, we are tiny infants, but we grow up, grow old, get sick, and die. This is the the cycle of Creation and Destruction rolling on in the world. It is a natural process of progressive, cyclical change, a process of metabolism, and transformation. If we recognize this state, then getting rich won't especially appeal to us any longer. And if we should lose our wealth, then we will see things according to this proverb:
