The plant probably would like the tent. Setting the light to about the same intensity in the tent as the tub might help the plant's transition. The free Photone app is useful for this purpose.

I would move it. I would try and make the move as fast as possible. Try and hang the light the same distance. I think any environmental improvement is going to be positive

Not to be an asshole but after my experience the photone app is bullshit
Tried if and it stressed out my plants so much
we all got our different opinions and advice
mine would be to get to know your light instead of relying on a phone app with all due respect😄🤟

I think this app work better on android than iPhone. My buddy uses it with really good luck. I didn’t have any luck with it.
good luck.

Here's the idea in this case: The light meter only needs to agree with itself. It doesn't matter whether the meter accurately measures PPFD, lux or whatever. It only needs to measure the same amount of light the same way every time it's used. So, by taking a light reading in the bathtub, one can then set the light in the tent to the same level that was measured in the tub. It's just a way to keep a plant under the same amount of light when it is moved. I use this method when I move a plant from one tent to another. It's more accurate than guessing.

Well exactly what I thought would happen did. She's all yellowing and has burn spots on the leaves. I guarantee it's the reflectivity of the tent that did her in. She was in a tub with pretty much no reflectivity. She is still going but looks pretty sad. Oh well it was a free seed.

It might not be the light. Can we see pictures?

I hope your not giving up on her I am way new at this at got in way over my head and I’m am amazed at how tough these plants are I’ve seen them come back from the dead and are doing fine

The plant was 100% healthy before the move. She was a beautiful green plant now she is making it but not very pretty. She is all tall and empty I know
Being my first time growing indoors I was to cautious with my lighting
Next run should be great.

Oh she is going to finish. I had a plant my last grow had root rot. The plant looked perfectly fine and the buds were OK. I went to pull it out after harvest and pulled out nothing but the stem. Don't know how it was still standing.

I'd worry about the black stuff on the leaves. If it's black mold, it might not be worth keeping. It'd probably be a good idea to cut off those leaves and sanitize the area. Spraying a hydrogen peroxide solution or an alcohol solution might do it.

What black stuff? There is nothing but burnt leaves. Plz point this out.

I set my light to reflect how I want the plants to look, then I check with photone, it stays consistent so I don’t use it so much to set the ppfd but to see what it shows when I have it set when the plants like it, then I replicate that output for the next run and compare etc, for me it’s more a gauge than a precision tool

I know my lights pretty well but when you have 3-4-5 different ones…I pretty much switch lights evenly run lol, I even track the light that I run in my notes so I know what brand I tent to get better yields with lol

you only gonna get a half oz off that plant trash it an start over

Well I cut off all the dead and dying leaves and turned my light down. She has perked up and the green is coming back. Excited as my buds hairs are changing color.
