I FINALLY, after searching off n on all day, figured out what that bug is! Its a Drumming Katydid nymph!! They are actually good for gardens as they eat some insects!

Looks like you got your answer, but there is an app for that. There are a couple of good insect issues apps on the App Store.

one is a bit pricey, 40.00/year but it can be really handy.

If there not chewing your plants no harm no foul, some bugs are benificial to cannabis as they eat the pests that eat your weed, watch out for deer we lost a few plants last year.
