I ordered some seeds and one of the seeds came out looking like a pebble instead of a seed. Should I reach out to seedsman?

That doesn't look like a seed to me

Here’s an update, I contacted them and they replied within a day. Once I showed them what I was talking about they send me new seeds, currently on the way
