My last cycle I tried using coco the same as rockwool and it didn't work out very well. @PlumberSoCal2 is our resident coco expert, perhaps he'll join in

Your nose is broken?

You can expect max 1g/w if you fill out the space

Yield is dependent on so many variables that it's hard to say. When I grew 23 years ago, we tried to average 4 oz per plant. I was burning 12-1000 watt hps lights, co2 and huge 12 ton a/c unit. I averaged 30lbs from 100 plants every 80 days...

Genetics, amount of room, veg time and root ball size are biggest limiting factors, if everything else is dialed in.

4 oz is very achievable goal for a 1st grow; on the upper limit - around 2+lbs out of a 4x4 tent

Some people kill the plants by over doing everything and other people get good results. From the pictures you've put up you should do okay.

You're growing fem instead of auto which means you control when the plant flips to flower. If you stay in veg until the plants are a decent size you'll get more bud. If you top plants to get more colas you'll likely get more bud. If you stay in flower long enough you get more bud. It's a bunch of decisions that control how much you get and how much you like what you grow. You learn this by growing which is exactly what you're doing. You will get to where 4 ounces is not hard to grow.

It's regular seed. Sinai from Real Seed Co. She's about 5-6 weeks through flower now. She's in a 4x4 tent.

I'm not familiar with Hornet ferts, I did a quick search on it though... It isn't organic either
Organic/non organic is a whole other can of worms.... Personally, I think "organic" is bs intended to get you to spend more money, the other camp swears by it

Certified organic and fully organic don't mean shit to me, the only two words I care about in that regard are "microbe friendly."

There's really no need to off gas the chlorine, you're growing in coco, using synthetic nutes, there's very little microbial action going on anyway. Even in an organic grow the chlorine only kills a small amount of the microbes, and within 24 hours they are replenished.

When you're diluting EC and/or pushing a volume of water through, thats more when you want to worry about the chlorine in your tap, as well as that higher pH value of tap driving the soil value up. The rest of the time with normal watering, generally not a problem with chlorine or pH or even that silly 400ppm mystery EC. If you do a volume watering, do a follow up with some compost tea and molasses or something.. introduce some microbes and feed them. They're back on their feet (if microbes had feet) in about 3 days.

Researchers have found that chlorinated drinking water may kill a number of microorganisms in soil or a compost pile. However, their reproduction rate is so rapid that populations rebound in a short time. Under normal conditions, chlorinated water will not threaten microorganism populations. Microorganisms reproduce rapidly. In one study, researchers continuously applied highly chlorinated water to soil for 126 days. Two days after they stopped, the soil microorganism populations reached pre-treatment levels at all depths of soil.

One reason chlorinate water has little impact is that chlorine binds to soil particle surfaces. This immobilizes chlorine and reduces its ability to kill microorganisms. The organisms in the topmost surface of soil or a compost pile may be affected after irrigation but as the water moves downward little chlorine remains. In one study, researchers found that water chlorinated at 5 parts per million killed organisms only in the top half inch of soil. Organisms deeper than one half inch were thriving.

The white dots on the stem are nothing to worry about. The color of your plant looks fine, it's normal for new growth to be lighter in color, as the chlorophyll matures it will darken.
