Provide some more info.
Watering practices, PH, Nutrients, soil, wind speeds ?

Take a still close up photo of the top and underside of an effected leaf looks like bug damage. We can tell what they are from the markings and poop left behind even if the bugs are gone

Looks like bugs, some wind burn and a few more possible environmental issues possibly by looking.

I'd get the pots up off the concrete floor also.
