I have a little problem going on. I found a sativa seed in one of my batches of medical batches and planted it not knowing if it would grow or not. I started it outside about a month and a half ago then moved it inside and put an 18 hr light cycle on on it. The little girl is only and 4 -5" tall and went into flower. With keeping the light cycle 18 hrs on get it back to veggie stage?

I am in the middle of my first grow, so I have no business giving advice....but I am dealing with a similar issue. I bought a clone on a whim, brought it home and put it in a pot and it spent the first two weeks outside. This was before I understood the whole "photo period" situation.

After I bought a tent set up and brought her inside with a proper lighting schedule - she did "re-veg" but mine is doing some spectacularly odd things. Started throwing branches everywhere, spit out 3 fingered and then 1 fingered leaves. Now new growth is 3 again and I expect it go be "normal" after that.

I've found a couple of articles/posts online about it, and the odd behavior when "re-vegging" seems to be a somewhat common occurrence. Good luck with her and keep posting updates!

Yes it will reveg. It takes a few weeks of odd growth but will start growing normally eventually. Good Luck

Smokeshow thank you for the info!!! I had bought a tent and wasn't going to start indoors till we got back from vacation (asking the pet sitter to water plants was a bit much ) but I went to buy soil and they had plants for sale and I bought one and had to set up indoors (for the best) but when we got back and we are only talking indoor grow for less than two weeks. I came back to the photos I shared. But good to hear she will come back. Other than the early flower she seems strong and this strain is something I can't wait for the yield. Thank you again. I haven't grown since the 90's and times and products have changed

Hey CJ.....the only way it wouldn't reveg is if it's an auto.....they take awhile to convert back, you know, 1 and 3 leaves, then back to veg.....a monster veg, because they look different because of the way they go through the reveg phase....pretty cool to watch......

Hey Bilber! Thanks for responding! I am not sure if it is a auto.? I found a seed in a med batch Papa Smurf strain sativa I put in a small pot outdoors and she sprouted. I kept her in day light and living on the East Coast high humidity. I am glad for your feedback/ experience. I will keep you updated

If the seed was found in dispensary weed then it's almost certainly not an auto. Comercial growers usually only grow photos as far as I know. Autos are more for the hobby grower. I could be wrong though. Good Luck

That's awesome info ! I just have gotten back into farming after almost 20 years and never even heard of the autos. Do you have any suggestions for buying seeds? I have heard mixed reviews on it because some packs have been nothing but male's. And for 5 seeds at $50-80 I don't know if it's worth the risk. Any option you have will be valued and suggested suppliers.

I have a couple like that. I took clippings from autoflowers just as they were flipping, before it was showing obvious signs. It grew buds before it grew roots, and it was a long grueling 7 WEEKS waiting for roots to show. Currently trying to veg them with supplemental light overnight on a 20/4. They just went into dirt a couple days ago.

Haven't bought auto seeds in a while but always had good results with Seed Supreme and North Atlantic Seed Co., I believe this site has links to trusted seed sources somewhere. There are a lot of good companies out there but unfortunately many shady ones too. Good Luck

Forgot to add that almost all auto seeds I've seen are feminized so you don't have to worry about males.

It's my understanding that auto clones won't reveg. Autos don't give a damn about lightning schedule.

Yeah I've heard the same. Worst case scenario I get to see how big a bud that little stick can grow, lol

Not sure if you want auto seed suggestions but if so I'd highly recommend:

NightOwl Seeds
Speedrun Seeds
Mephisto Genetics

Sure others can give some excellent suggestions as well but those would be a good starting point I'm sure. Buy direct if you can, not a seedbank, and you'll get more.

https://blimburnseeds.com/ is the one I am using at the moment. Their is no shipping charge or package insurance and also in the US. I also like North Atlantic Seed Company. They have BOGO deal every month.
