Any mutations a cloning must?

This was a bag seed. Looked off from the start, now it’s got a tri leaf node that seem to be repeating. My question is do some mutations show in clones and if so, which are worth continuing with? Thank you in advance.

Its a trifoliate (sp.?). I had a seed plant that did that right to the end. I guess it is genetic and would repeat on its clones. I am guessing though.
