Noticed this shoot on one of my Federal Reserve photos . Never seen growth like this before...

The shoot produces 4 leaves at the node, all perpendicular to each other, and the new growth has 4 leaves

Yeah it happens. No big deal. Ive tried topping one with 4 shoots at 1 node, it didnt work out lol.

Lol thanks for the reply! Would have been crazy if topping woulda worked, definitely the only branch like it in my garden. I'm curious to see if that node pattern will continue as the plant grows

When I got three per node, it disappeared when I cloned them or topped them
