Baby plants don't need nutrients for the first couple weeks. Looks like it's mutated, the cotyledons are sucking up a bunch of nitrogen by the looks of it. Also looks like you might have been watering frequently judging by the soil surface, baby plants don't need much water at all, you want them to search for it with root growth.

I think I'd just pluck that plant out and germinate another. It doesn't even look like cannabis, at this point.

Could it be glass jar no good for root growth?
Try using a pot that doesn't let light shine on roots.

I think you will find that is a pepper of some sort.

Capsicum Pubescens: Distinctively Juicy

This particular species is the least widespread, as well as the least cultivated, of the Capsicum varieties. Literally translated, "Pubescens" means "hairy", and these plants can be fairly easily…

For the most part, the watering is pretty decent.....my small veg setup is very open, meaning it is not a sealed area grow....for not having everything needed for a "controlled" area, we make it work.....

Good morning dere....the picture isn't the greatest, but it looks like either the soil is too dry or the light is too close....it's hard to tell in the picture...

The more info and pictures about the grow will allow others to get a good look and feel at what the plant is saying it needs or doesn't....
