I can't say I've seen anything like that on cannabis. It looks a bit like something I've seen on other types of outdoor plants, IIRC. The leaves otherwise look healthy, so I'm thinking it might be biological, like an infection. I'm guessing the leaves haven't been sprayed with anything. Anyway, I'd consider cutting off affected leaves and disposing of them in case it might spread.

i have never seen it before either , its on 2 of my 9 plants and the 2 plants are in different locations in the yard from each other and none of the other plants have it , i could see something getting sprayed , but there in different locations from each other , i have 5 in the back and 4 up front and only 1 plant in each location did this , i cut off all leaves on both plants that were infected and disposed of them , also they are 2 different strains , theres is no bugs on them or spider mites , its got me stumped !!! , i missed a feeding last week , but just fed them tonight so i hope it goes away

i have them as well, every year they are similar to a cucumber beetle. I've been hand picking and putting diatomaceous earth down to keep them out of the soil. If they lay their eggs in the soil they hatch and go for the roots.

Have you sprayed any oil based products around your plant recently? Or spill anything?

Like I said not sure what you have but we sometimes experience this
  • Sunscald:
    • Likely Cause: Intense sunlight, especially after a period of cloudy or wet weather, can scorch plant leaves, leading to white or yellow spots. Water droplets on leaves can magnify sunlight and intensify the burning effect.
    • Appearance: Bleached, white, or pale areas on leaves, often on the sun-exposed side.
